1. Service Description

AsiaOrganisation provides cross-continental business consulting, trade facilitation, and partnership development services connecting South African companies with Asian markets. All services are delivered on a case-by-case basis as agreed in a signed engagement letter or service order.

2. User Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate and complete information when engaging our services. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must not use our services for any unlawful or prohibited purpose.

3. Intellectual Property

All materials, reports, methodologies, and deliverables provided by AsiaOrganisation remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing. You receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use deliverables solely for your internal business purposes.

4. Limitation of Liability

AsiaOrganisation shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

5. Termination

Either party may terminate an engagement with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, you must pay for all services rendered up to the effective date. Sections 3, 4, and 6 shall survive termination.

6. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

7. Governing Law & Disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in Johannesburg, South Africa.
